The fruit is carefully selected, and the old vine Shiraz typifies the big soft varietal characters of the Barossa, offering great palate length and excellent tannin structure. This wine can be enjoyed with rack of lamb and will compliment rich sauces. Enjoy now or with correct cellaring can be enjoyed for 10 or more years.
