Wine-making for Lou Miranda has always been a passion that is reflected in his love of family, fine wines & cuisine. This is coupled with a dedication to excellence which is reflected in three generations of Miranda.
This aromatic wine with its distinctive smell of Australian sunbaked earth, spicy cherry and berry flavours has a seductive elegant finish. The fruit which has been dry grown is sourced from our Angel’s Vineyard in the Barossa Valley of South Australia. The vines are over 100 years old and the wine has been aged for 20 months in French oak. Harmonious accompaniment to grilled beef or veal served with a rich creamy mushroom sauce.
