Colour
Medium to full crimson with purple hues and a persistent mousse.
Aroma
Rich Red Berry fruits with Shiraz spice.
Palate
Delicate fruits of the forest with subtle hints of mulberry and cherry, rolling into a full complex flavoured palate with a touch of oak and soft balanced tannic finish. There is also a touch of ‘port’ sweetness to the palate that with age will soften.
Wine
Our Leone Sparkling Shiraz has a light gas bead and a rich full flavour. It can be served as an aperitif, with your favourite cheese or alternatively can be drunk on any occasion.
